Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our transportation services.

Service Agreement

By booking a ride with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All reservations are subject to vehicle availability.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full fare.

Liability

While we strive to provide the highest level of service, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the specific trip.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior billing arrangements have been established. We accept all major credit cards. Gratuity is not included in the fare and is at the discretion of the passenger.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. Smoking, illegal substances, and excessive alcohol consumption are prohibited. Damage to vehicles will be charged to the passenger's account.

Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, or civil unrest.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
